Heart Rate Monitors in Elementary Physical Education

Elementary Physical Education Teacher Tina Callender and Fellow Joseph Lancaster introducing the heart rate monitors to the 5th grade P.E. classes at West Elementary in Wamego, KS. The 5th grade class measured their heart rates using the heart rate monitor watches before, during, and after their activities to get their resting, activity, and recovery heart rates. 

AppInventor in Drafting/CAD

Spencer came over and taught a lesson on MIT AppInventor with my Drafting/CAD students.  They had a lot of fun, and creating a drawing and sketching App they were able to use on their phones.
