Summer Institute 2012

The 2013 INSIGHT Summer Institute will be held at Kansas State Univeristy on June 3-14. Participating teachers and fellows will learn new sensor technologies, develop lesson ideas, and prepare for an exciting year as a part of Project INSIGHT. Nichols Hall is the home of Kansas State University's Department of Computing and Information Sciences. We will be meeting most mornings in room 126, in the base of the southwest tower. This modern classroom facility provides comfortable seating, large table surfaces, power sources for laptops, and accessible bathrooms. The room adjoins a lockable office where valuables can be secured during activites.

Meals

Catered lunches will be provided Tuesday through Thursday of each week. Please notify the program coordinator of any special dietary needs.

Out-of-town participants will be given rooms at Holiday Inn: Manthattan at the Campus, a newly-renovated hotel directly across the street from Nichols Hall.

Parking

Commuting teachers will be given parking permits for the K-State parking garage, adjacent to Nichols Hall.
