Squishy Circuits
June 12 2013 [Archived]
Based on the work of Ann Marie Thomas at the St. Thomas School of Engineering (http://courseweb.stthomas.edu/apthomas/SquishyCircuits/), squishy circuits utilize two kinds of home-made play dough: one that insulates, and one that conducts. The dough can be used as a replacement for traditional breadboard setups, which make it easier for small hands, as well as creating unique opportunties for circuit sculptures and dough-based musical instruments.
